Position Overview We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Systems CRM Specialist who will lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales teams by delivering critical, actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and workflow automation.
Design, maintain, and refine sales KPIs, leads, pipeline status, and other essential sales data.
Assess the viability of proposed enhancements, including native configurations, custom development, and third‑party solutions.
Translate business needs into detailed system specifications, including workflows, data structures, automation, and integrations.
Manage day‑to‑day administration of Dynamics 365, including user management, configuration, security, and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM user issues, providing guidance on best practices.
Execute approved system improvements and coordinate with developers for complex customizations.
Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, configuration decisions, and user guides.
Collaborate with IT, development teams, and business stakeholders on technical changes aligned with strategic objectives.
Leverage the Microsoft Dynamics product roadmap to align platform strategies.
Monitor system stability, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
Support adjacent business technologies such as Power BI, Power Apps, ClickDimensions, and other marketing automation platforms.
Qualifications
Team player with strong emotional intelligence.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across technical and non‑technical teams.
Experience brainstorming creative solutions to complex business needs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong technical background with familiarity in databases and data structures.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and troubleshooting.
Experience supporting system integrations and API work.
Knowledge of CRM connectivity to ERP, project management, and billing systems.
Background supporting or training end users.
Preferred
Experience in real estate, financial services, or related industries.
Exposure to B2B services sales cycles.
Understanding of project‑based businesses, including proposals and invoicing.
Experience with additional CRM platforms and integrated business systems.
Compensation Salary range: $30 – $33 per hour.
