Digital Media Coordinator - Political Cycle 2026
We are looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to develop and optimize paid social and display advertising campaigns for our political clients in Washington, DC. This full‑time, salaried role runs through mid‑November 2026 and offers a hybrid work schedule with at least three days in office.
Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000. Benefits eligible.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with media planners to build targeting strategies and performance reports.
Develop, manage, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and make recommendations to achieve client goals.
Manage vendor relationships; negotiate rates and insertion orders (IOs).
Build consultative relationships with stakeholders, adjusting strategy and tactics to meet objectives.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices, applying relevant learnings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business from a four‑year institution.
Minimum two years of experience in digital media planning, buying, or analytics.
Knowledge of advertising products, targeting, and tracking across social media and display platforms.
Hands‑on campaign management experience on Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, Display & Video 360.
Strong vendor relationship skills and up‑to‑date partner knowledge.
Experience with a diverse range of accounts, including direct response and awareness.
Proficiency with media analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns.
Excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Self‑starter who is eager to grow, learn, and deliver.
