The platform is designed to reduce time spent managing data so teams can focus on investigation and insight. As the organization continues to scale, the Marketing team is hiring a Field and Partner Marketing Manager to develop and execute high‑impact events that increase brand awareness and drive pipeline growth.

Role Summary

The Field and Partner Marketing Manager will own the strategy and execution of field and partner marketing programs, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and roadshows. This role blends event strategy, project management, and demand‑generation expertise. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, partner, and marketing teams to ensure events generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and reinforce the company’s market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute event programs: Design and deliver end‑to‑end field and partner marketing programs that align with go‑to‑market objectives and drive sales pipeline. Manage all aspects of digital and in‑person events, including goals, KPIs, contracts, budgets, logistics, vendors, and speakers. Execute high‑quality webinars, demos, trade shows, workshops, and customer events on time and within budget.

Own end‑to‑end logistics: Secure venues, negotiate contracts, oversee setup and teardown, manage staffing and on‑site execution, coordinate booth presence and materials, and ensure seamless event operations.

Cross‑functional collaboration: Partner with sales development, account executives, partners, and sales leadership to determine the optimal mix of field events by region. Work with marketing operations and demand generation to align registration workflows and campaigns across channels. Communicate priorities and manage pre‑ and post‑event follow‑up and evaluation.

Promotion and lead generation: Develop event‑promotion strategies across email, social, web, and partner channels. Oversee the creation of invitations, promotional assets, and collateral. Ensure every event includes a comprehensive pre‑event and post‑event nurture strategy.

Data‑driven evaluation: Track and report event performance and impact on sales pipeline. Measure ROI, analyze results, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend future investments based on insights.

Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, industry associations, and customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for event‑related coordination.

Internal events and culture support: Assist with internal meetings, off‑sites, and company‑wide events as needed. Support larger customer or user conferences and other demand‑generation initiatives.

Budget ownership: Manage regional and program budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with revenue goals.

Travel and on‑site leadership: Travel to events approximately 25–30% of the time and provide on‑site leadership to ensure a professional and high‑quality attendee experience.
