About the Role

Lead and manage the History Department, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning.

Drive curriculum development, assessment strategies and pupil achievement.

Take a School-wide responsibility for decolonising the curriculum, ensuring inclusivity and broad perspectives in historical education.

Support and develop staff through effective leadership and professional development.

Manage departmental resources and budgets efficiently.

Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community.

About Us Clifton High School is an academically selective, co‑educational, independent day school for approximately 800 pupils aged 3‑18 years.
