Brief Description Beckett Collectibles is a leader in the trading card and collectibles industry, providing pricing, grading, e‑commerce, and other products and services for collectors worldwide. We seek a reliable and detail‑oriented Logistics Assistant to support our warehouse, mailroom, and facilities operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of shipments, maintaining organized inventory, handling mail processing, and assisting with building and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities Warehouse Operations

Efficiently manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.

Maintain precise logs for incoming shipments and track returns of publications in a timely manner.

Operate Beckett’s Phoenix software and shipping platforms (FedEx, USPS, UPS) with proficiency.

Generate and distribute reports to the relevant departments, ensuring proper filing and follow‑up.

Monitor and report daily shipping/receiving metrics to management for continuous improvement.

Receive, archive, and organize company publications (books, magazines, etc.) in proper inventory bins.

Interact with customers and employees, using problem‑solving skills to resolve inquiries and issues.

Prepare items (magazines, books, CDs, etc.) for timely shipment, ensuring all materials are processed correctly.

Maintain accurate inventory through regular adjustments, shipping, receiving, and returns.

Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and complies with safety standards.

Enter new products into the inventory system as needed.

Mailroom

Manage daily mail pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing mail.

Sort, process, and distribute mail efficiently, adhering to company procedures.

Generate and manage mailroom reports, ensuring they are routed to the appropriate departments or filed correctly.

Operate the USPS postage machine with proficiency and deliver internal mail according to a set schedule.

Maintain and organize the supply room, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily accessible.

Accurately track and document Mailroom Money Box transactions and related activities.

Facilities Support

Ensure the timely completion of work requests, addressing tasks promptly and efficiently.

Manage and update Facilities Inventory and Control Reports.

Assist with general building maintenance.

Operate and maintain forklifts and mechanical pallet jacks.

Support the Facilities team with trash disposal, furniture relocation, and other necessary tasks to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in office and distribution software.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks in a team environment.

Self‑motivated, dependable, and proactive.

Capable of safely operating power lift trucks and handling up to 40 pounds.

Able to stand and walk for extended periods during a full shift.
