Responsibilities
Assist French-speaking customers across multiple channels (phone, e‑mail, chat) concerning telecom products and services.
Provide technical support and billing assistance, addressing service‑related issues.
Resolve customer complaints promptly with a focus on satisfaction.
Accurately document all interactions in the CRM for quality assurance.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex issues and supply timely resolutions.
Stay current on new telecom products, features, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications
Fluency in French (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
Prior customer service or technical support experience, preferably in telecom.
Strong understanding of telecom products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the telecom sector.
