What you will be doing as a Punch Press Operator: Selects and aligns dies in press according to specifications. Adjusts ram stroke to specified length. Positions work piece against fixtures or stops on machine bed or on die. Starts press and observes operation to detect misalignment or malfunction. Regulates air pressure and oil pressure. Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors. Packages parts in appropriate containers. Cleans and Lubricates machines Other duties as assigned Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training is preferred. Ability to train and work with others (Team Concept). Reliability Seniority level
