What We Are Looking For
Excitement working in a fun, energetic environment and delivering efficiently as a team.
Providing service that makes guests say “I LOVE TARGET!”.
Skill in stocking, setting, and selling Target products.
Looking for a full‑time, night/weekend schedule rather than a traditional 9‑5.
Required Skills
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
Learning and adapting to current technology needs.
Working independently and with a team.
Resolving guest questions quickly on the spot.
Attention to detail and following multi‑step processes.
Basic Expectations
Accurately handle cash register operations.
Climb up and down ladders.
Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting up to 40 pounds.
Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and regular attendance.
