Hours & Pay
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM; some mandated Saturdays (occasionally up to 8 hours)
Shift:
1st Shift
Pay Rate:
$17 per hour
Status:
Full-Time with Overtime Available

What You'll Do (Daily Tasks)
Operate production machinery and perform assembly-related tasks
Complete changeovers on presses, robotic welders, and other equipment
Perform process control activities to maintain manufacturing quality and efficiency
Conduct minor maintenance and routine housekeeping
Follow all safety regulations and quality standards
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Entry-level candidates welcome; on-the-job training provided
Ability to stand for the entire shift at the machine (with scheduled breaks)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (typical handling 25-35 lbs)
Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work performance
Commitment to teamwork and safety-first practices
Required PPE: Steel-toe boots (employee provided); earplugs and safety glasses provided if needed
Safety & Work Environment Safety always comes first. Employees are encouraged to stay hydrated – ice water and sports drinks are provided, drinks are allowed at workstations, and brief cool-down breaks are supported as needed to maintain well-being while meeting production and quality standards.
