Domino’s Pizza is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to lead our pizzeria to success. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and motivating your team to deliver a delicious experience every time.
Responsibilities
Lead the team: hire, train, and supervise a team of pizza-loving employees; foster a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure operational efficiency: manage inventory, scheduling, and ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Deliver outstanding customer service: resolve customer issues, ensure quality standards are met, and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Drive sales and profitability: implement marketing initiatives, control costs, and analyze financial performance to meet business objectives.
Maintain a spotless store that is safe, inviting, and reflects commitment to quality and cleanliness.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in the pizza industry but not required.
Strong leadership and team‑building skills with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
A love for pizza is a definite plus.
Must be 18 years of age.
