Bindery Machine Operator (Print Production) Capitol Citicom is a fast growing printing business in Columbus, Ohio. We are looking for a collaborative team player dedicated to bringing each client’s vision to life.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, trimmers, and other finishing machinery)

Read and interpret job tickets to meet customer specifications and quality standards

Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications

Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with equipment

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or in a similar role in the print industry (preferred but not required)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
