Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator – Loader

This position will be required to work out of our New Castle, DE warehouse; this is not a remote role. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator specializing in Front End Loader operations to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator, specifically with front end loaders.
Strong commitment to safety, precision, and efficiency in operating heavy machinery.
Valid heavy equipment operator’s certification or relevant licensing.
Understanding of safety protocols and practices related to heavy machinery operations.
Demonstrated ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions when needed.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Successfully Operated front‑end loader to move or transport materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, salt, snow or debris
Physical Requirements:
Inspect and fuel vehicle prior to beginning shift
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment daily
Work prolonged periods of operating heavy machinery
Work long periods including evenings and weekends when necessary
Operate machinery in all weather conditions and terrains
Lift 50 pounds at a time
Perform other related duties as assigned
Job qualification requirements for this role:
Extensive knowledge of heavy machinery operation and capabilities.
Vocational school training or apprenticeship
Ability to be flexible to support needs of manufacturing
Excellent mechanical skills
Ability to follow instructions
