Start Date: ASAP
Cosign is the fastest growing proptech company in the United States revolutionizing the $4 trillion rental industry with a market-leading one-of-a-kind rent guarantee product. Our mission is to expand housing access for renters and boost occupancy for landlords. Backed by top entrepreneurs, venture capital firms, and real estate investors, Cosign is built by experienced landlords and managers for landlords and managers who deeply understand the rental market’s needs.
Our Mission Continued
Cosign is on a mission to expand access to housing by helping landlords approve more qualified renters—without increasing risk. We partner with owners and property managers to close the qualification gap caused by conditional approvals, thin credit files, and the absence of guarantors, materially improving leasing conversion and occupancy. We’re building toward a near future where every U.S. property offers Cosign to renters who struggle to qualify—expanding housing choice while helping owners and operators convert demand into signed leases.
At Cosign, we seek exceptional talent with relentless intellectual curiosity—individuals who:
Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
Demand excellence from themselves and their colleagues
Identify and solve problems others don't even recognize
Create innovative solutions others believe impossible
We deliberately seek these rare, high-impact performers who attract similar talent. While most companies avoid hiring these exceptional individuals due to their demanding nature, we actively pursue them. When we find someone extraordinary, we move quickly to bring them onboard.
We believe average talent builds average companies. By assembling a team of exceptional performers, we're creating the talent density needed to transform the rental industry and set new standards of excellence.
As a founding member of Cosign’s Strategy & Operations team, you will help define and operationalize one of the most critical functions in the company’s next stage of growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you’ll work directly with the COO (and closely with the CEO), lead execution on Cosign’s most important initiatives, and help build the operating foundation for how we scale enterprise partners.
You won’t be handed a playbook—you’ll help write it.
This role is ideal for someone with a consulting background (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or similar experience in strategy, operations, or enterprise execution roles at high-growth B2B fintech or proptech companies.
What You’ll Do
Kickoff & Onboardings: Lead onboarding and implementation for Cosign’s strategic partners —from kickoff through launch and post-launch performance.
Program Management: Act as the central owner for high-priority initiatives and partner programs, ensuring timelines, goals, and KPIs are met and clearly communicated.
Special Projects: Take the lead on complex, ambiguous initiatives—whether that’s navigating internal workflows, solving operational bottlenecks, supporting one-off partner needs, or scoping new go-to-market motions.
Growth Infrastructure: Help build the internal infrastructure that supports scale, including launch playbooks, reporting frameworks, operating cadences, and account prioritization.
Framework Development & Storytelling: Structure problems, analyze tradeoffs, and synthesize insights into concise, executive-ready narratives that drive decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Own cross-functional execution across Sales, Ops, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure alignment and velocity across all initiatives you own.
What You’ll Need
3–6+ years of experience in management consulting or equivalent strategy, operations, or enterprise roles at high-growth B2B SaaS, fintech, or proptech companies
Proven ability to own and deliver complex workstreams with limited oversight
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external teams
Analytical and structured problem-solving mindset; comfortable working with data and ambiguity
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and little process
Experience with property management and/or real estate a plus but not required
Someone at the forefront of new tech, GTM, and operational strategies (e.g., actively following and learning from builders on Twitter).
Why Join Cosign
Work on a mission-critical housing problem and the biggest issue facing landlords/property managers
Act as a key execution partner to the COO/CEO on the company’s highest-priority initiatives
Take on a foundational role with significant ownership and visibility
Help build the systems and playbooks that power Cosign’s growth
