Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing business performance and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes. Additionally, they apply creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge. They serve as talent leaders, recruiting, training, engaging, and developing staff. Assistant managers are expected to bring their best selves every day and grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.
