Warehouse JIT & Outbound Logistics Process Associate | Full-Time, On-site | Indiana, US
Are you driven to optimize warehouse operations and streamline material flow? Join our API Plant team to design, implement, and continuously improve kitting, transfer, and outbound logistics processes, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and compliance with GMP and CQV standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize kitting workflows for accurate material transfer.
Align processes with production schedules and JIT warehouse capacity.
Create SOPs and work instructions for kitting and transfer activities.
Support CQV activities for new/modified processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
Integrate digital systems (SAP/EWM, MES, Tulip) for paperless tracking.
Define SAP/EWM requirements, train staff, and monitor outbound shipping.
Analyze shipping data, resolve process deviations, and drive improvements.
Lead change controls and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in logistics operations, material flow, or warehouse kitting.
Experience in GMP-regulated environments and CQV documentation.
Proficiency in SAP/EWM; familiarity with MES systems.
