Handle inbound customer inquiries using a call flow guide in both Spanish and English
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software

Stay knowledgeable about client products, including smartphones, tablets, and computers
What is Required (Qualifications)
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build customer relationships
A quiet, distraction-free home environment for remote work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
