Develop and maintain detailed, resource‑loaded project and outage schedules. Set and manage baseline schedules, integrating with cost and risk data. Monitor subcontractor/supplier schedules and lead progress updates. Perform schedule analysis (critical path, what‑if, risk, earned value). Track and log schedule changes, align with change management and reporting processes. Lead internal/external scheduling meetings and generate regular schedule reports. Support risk analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain project scheduling tools, dashboards, and documentation. Provide schedule mentorship and support project teams on best practices. Ensure all scheduling is aligned with cost, change, and risk management efforts. Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project/outage/turnaround scheduling. Proficient in Primavera P6; SAP preferred. Experience with EPC, T&M, and Fixed Price contracts. Field construction and large project experience (including portfolios). Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
