What You’ll Do: Engage customers
in the service drive and identify windshield replacement needs.
Educate and guide
customers through their options and next steps.
Build strong relationships with
service advisors, managers, and technicians.
Encourage dealership referrals and hit
daily/weekly sales goals.
Schedule and coordinate
on-site glass services.
Keep accurate records of leads, interactions, and completed jobs.
Represent the company with a
professional, positive attitude.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience in
customer service or sales
is a plus, but not required.
Strong
communication
and
people skills.
self-motivated , proactive approach — you enjoy taking the lead.
Team-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional appearance.
Valid driver’s license
and reliable transportation.
