Job Summary Provide assistance and support to the Graduate Program Student Services office in the Department of Psychology. Under supervision of the Graduate Student Coordinator, the primary responsibilities include student hiring and advisement, tuition abatements, management of prospective student applications, progression and graduation clearance documents, and alumni relations and alumni tracking reports. The position functions as a liaison between the department and the Graduate School and helps develop and administer policies and procedures for the doctoral program to ensure conformance with the American Psychological Association, the University and Graduate School requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience with student services.
Knowledge of USC operating systems and USC policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong math skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
Knowledge of MS Word, Access, and Excel database management.
Salary $37,735 - Salary commensurate with qualifications.
