Serve as the first line of communication, ensuring each customer, patient, and coworker is treated in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phones to process requests efficiently. Participate in special projects or assignments as assigned, meeting specified timeframes. Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Previous customer service or medical office experience preferred. Intermediate computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office, intranet, and Word documents. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Pay Transparency
