What does it mean to be part of the Order Selection team? In this fast‑paced role you are the boots on the ground, responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. You must strategically think and pay close attention to detail while palletizing orders and ensuring they are placed in the correct assigned locations. You will operate motorized equipment, including electric pallet jacks, and move product safely and accurately within the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Selects various grocery, perishable, frozen or repack products from warehouse stock
Reports adjustments to inventory counts, spoilage or damage to stock, location changes, and out of stocks
Transports product throughout warehouse via electric pallet jack
Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage and maximum safety
Assists other department personnel in the performance of work activities when peak workloads require or during absences of division personnel
Job Requirements
Experience in a large warehouse/distribution company
Experience with walkie‑riders or reach lifts
Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds continuously and pick with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
Must be able to work in a range of temperatures from –10 to 90+ degrees fahrenheit
Must be willing to work in grocery and cooler sections; freezer work is optional
Good judgment is required; supervision may not be immediately available at times
Physical Environment / Demands
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
Exposed to temperatures ranging from –20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees fahrenheit in Perishable Operation and 37–90 degrees fahrenheit in Grocery Operation
Ability to perform repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures
Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under equipment
Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance at ground level and in high places
Requires close, distance, peripheral and depth visual perception, and ability to adjust focus
