Job Description Summary Coordinate wing‑to‑wing plans for Asset Management Modules with AM/Shops/Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
Work with Supply Chain and Shop teams to define frozen plans for Asset Management Modules.
Act as the interface with the AM team to ensure priorities are captured and properly evaluated for frozen plan definition.
Monitor execution of AM modules through the entire Shop Network.
Identify solutions to allow execution of the modules in plan with Shop teams and Supply Chain.
Coordinate with Channel Master Scheduler for critical allocations.
Define long‑term plans for AM modules with AM team, Supply Chain and Shop teams.
Improve TAT and Schedule Attainment with shop teams and Lean team.
Basic Qualification
Bachelor's Degree with at least 3‑5 years of experience in aeroderivative services or related field OR Associate's Degree with at least 5‑7 years of experience in aeroderivative services or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 8‑10 years of experience in aeroderivative field services or equivalent.
Aeroderivative Gas Turbine knowledge.
Proficiency in ERP systems.
Advanced use of Excel and reporting tools.
Process, results, and detail oriented.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Desired Characteristics
Inclusive leadership style, ability to influence others.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written, verbal).
Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt, Black Belt).
