Production Operator – Batcher
The Production Operator – Batcher is responsible for pre‑batching paint blends and staging products for blended orders, supporting the facility Blenders in spray‑outs, drawdowns, and filling customer orders.
Location & Schedule
Location: 424 Peach Street, Waco, TX 76704
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday – Friday, 1st shift
Compensation $16.00 – $19.00 hourly
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Gather and prepare materials and tools for blending
Blend custom paint orders and make blends as directed
Match colors within facility color guidelines
Operate tinting, mixing, and industrial material handling equipment safely
Keep tools, equipment, and work environment clean and organized daily
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies
Follow quality service standards and procedures
Physical & Minimum Requirements
At least eighteen (18) years of age
Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
Retrieve material from shelves and floors and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs on occasion
Preferred Qualifications
One year of experience mixing or blending raw materials in an industrial batch process
One year of experience with material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.)
One year of experience monitoring gauges, dials, or other machinery indicators
One year of experience monitoring raw materials or finished goods quality
One year of experience operating machinery in manufacturing or distribution environment
Experience working in manufacturing or distribution facility
Prior work experience operating tinting or color matching equipment
