Job Description The Customer Service Specialist will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO 2
tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching services, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands‑on training with a supervisor.
Responsibilities
Log calls and create service tickets accurately.
Schedule and dispatch services efficiently.
Assist with billing disputes and resolve issues promptly.
Handle gas refills and ensure equipment safety.
Maintain accurate records of all activities.
Essential Skills
Proficient customer service skills.
Experience in dispatching and logistics coordination.
Ability to perform manual order entry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer navigation skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Capability to learn new systems quickly.
Work Environment This position is located onsite in an air‑conditioned office in Stuart, FL, fostering a collaborative team environment. Training is conducted Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM or 9 AM‑6 PM, for three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands‑on experience. The role offers a clear career path with potential to move to the first shift after a full‑time hire. The schedule consists of various shifts with specified days off, and the company promotes a positive work environment with strong leadership and support for career advancement.
Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Port Saint Lucie, FL.
Pay and Benefits Pay range: $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
