Competitive hourly wages dependent on skill level—starting wages between $20–$25 per hour

Responsibilities As a Utility Technician, you will:
Perform a variety of tasks involving installation and rodent exclusion projects
Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
Conduct handyman and general repair work, including insulation, encapsulation and gutter installation
Manage budget adherence and complete paperwork at the end of each job
Install termite bait and perform insulation replacement projects
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have at least 1 year of general carpentry experience
Valid driver’s license maintained throughout employment
Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
Constant walking, standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, climbing on ladders and roofs, reaching overhead, and squeezing with both hands
Install encapsulation in low‑light conditions
Lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
Able to work in all types of weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, sleet, hail, snow and ice
Noise level in work environment is generally loud depending on worksite (e.g., new construction, vacuuming insulation)
