Provide accurate cost estimates for site development projects, review project specifications, collaborate with project teams, maintain estimate documentation, and support bid proposals. Qualifications
5+ yrs experience in site development, wet utilities or related civil construction Strong background in heavy civil, earthwork, grading and excavation Proficient in estimating software (e.g., HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek) Excellent communication, detail orientation and teamwork skills Valid driver's license preferred Benefits
