Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older and able to read, write, and follow written and verbal directions.
Prior experience in maintenance and/or grounds work is desirable.
Relevant skills include multi‑tasking, interpersonal relationships, and effective written and oral communication.
Job Summary This position is responsible for performing a variety of preventative and repair maintenance duties, including plumbing, painting, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, as well as general ground work such as watering, small plant placement, pruning, and mulching under the direction of the Director of Maintenance and/or service vendors.
