Service Coordinator Location:

Yucca Valley, CA; Twentynine Palms, CA

Pay Range:

$20.00 - $22.50 hourly

Responsibilities

Schedule and conduct home inspections related to the move‑in/move‑out process, including pre‑move and final inspections.

Assist with ordering and scheduling vendor services.

Maintain and monitor make‑ready boards to ensure accurate distribution and timely completion.

Work with the maintenance team to assign, schedule, and complete service requests.

Provide residents with any charges related to move‑out or final inspection results.

Create purchase orders for all vendor maintenance services and products.

Generate work orders for make‑readies and other maintenance requests.

Assist with closing work orders/tickets once work is completed.

Schedule and monitor water intrusion, communicating to residents and following up with 3‑day notices.

Conduct resident follow‑ups after services are rendered.

Promote positive resident relations by responding promptly to concerns and requests to ensure satisfaction.

Address customer service concerns from Satisfacts surveys.

Assist with maintaining systems and logs (e.g., Keytrak, pest control, vendor/product logs).

Perform administrative tasks, email communications, and data entry into systems such as Payscan and Yardi.

Distribute correspondence/notices (3‑day notices, move‑out charges, water intrusion, etc.).

Participate in property walks and inspections of common areas to uphold quality standards.

Operate a company or personal vehicle to travel to various locations for work purposes.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in residential property management or customer service (preferred).

Prior experience ordering vendor services (appliances, plumbing, electrical).

Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Office, and ideally Yardi or Payscan.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.

Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company or personal vehicle.

Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends, off‑hours, and emergencies.

Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.

Willingness to travel to other regional locations for work, training, and meetings.
