Job Description The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best‑in‑class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and drive efficiency in all store processes. Assistant managers also leverage their creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. They lead talent by recruiting, training, engagement and development. They are expected to bring their best selves each day. Our promote‑from‑within philosophy allows Assistant Managers to grow into future leaders of the store organization.
