Position
Lease Operator / Production Operator / Well Tender
Location: Cambridge, OH
Schedule: Night Shift 14/7 – 84 hours per week
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 84 per week
Work Location: In person – Cambridge, OH
Work Scope Perform daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilities. Conduct production tests using established procedures, perform repairs on surface production and injection equipment, operate production and injection equipment, and prepare, maintain, and submit daily reports and records of daily gas and liquid volume, well pressure, and volume of chemicals used.
Accountable for safe working practices
Operating, optimizing, and routine maintenance of oil and gas wells, gas gathering facilities, dehydration system, compressors, GPUs, separation systems, burners, VRUs, etc.
Experience with SCADA and/or other trending and computer‑based software
Mechanically inclined
Regulatory and compliance checks and inspections
Gas compression and dehydration system operation experience
Computer skills in Microsoft Office
Qualifications 2+ years of oil field production strongly preferred.
Candidate must be mechanically inclined.
MUST have a clean driving record to be considered for the opportunity.
