Pay range: $22.00/hr (base) with incentive pay up to $27/hr.
Job type: Full‑time. Shift: 7:30 am until finish (possible overtime). Off Sundays & Wednesdays.
Requirements: One year warehouse experience (order selector or similar role), forklift and pallet jack operation, drug‑screen passed, strong attention to detail, mathematical skills, capability to work in extreme temperatures.
Job Description - Frozen Order Selector
Successfully move products, supplies and finished goods through the facility, loading food products into delivery trucks.
Select and build pallets of product according to company specifications and labeling.
Operate forklift equipment (electric pallet jacks, reach lifts, order pickers, turret trucks, battery‑changing machinery).
Maintain standard pick‑rate and fill‑rate while working safely in a fast‑paced environment.
Load pallets in accurate sequence into delivery trucks.
Keep accurate records of stock or equipment usage and damage.
Clean warehouse, maintain temperature control and uphold AIB standards.
Wrap, tag and secure pallets properly.
Support mission, values and vision of the company.
Ensure safety and security procedures, report unsafe conditions and injuries immediately.
Work Experience Requirements
One year previous experience in a warehouse environment as an order selector or similar capacity.
Previous experience operating a forklift & pallet jack required.
Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills (count, add, subtract quickly).
Ability to work in fast‑paced environment, handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Capability to work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold).
Education Requirements High School Diploma and one year experience working in a warehouse environment is required.
Working Conditions Standard warehouse conditions apply: long hours standing, walking, bending and lifting products. Operate industrial equipment such as electric pallet jacks and forklifts. Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. Exposure to extreme temperatures (warm, cold and frozen).
