Material Handler - Forklift Operator

Location: Vancouver, WA
Compensation Includes:
Starting Pay Rate of $20.70 - 24.50/hour depending on experience
Available Shift:
Sunday - Tuesday + every other Wednesday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
Responsibilities:
Pull, transport, & stage product per designated procedure for both truckload and multi‑stop loads
Unload, stage, and receive RO Finished Goods and/or Manufactured Finished Goods
Unload, stage, and receive Raw Material
Transfer Raw Materials, Production Supplies, and MRO Supplies to designated production area
Complete accurate inventory transactions for movement of all Raw Materials, Finished Goods, RO Finished Goods, and Manufactured Finished Goods
Collect recyclable and non‑recyclable waste from production areas; dispose of waste per designated procedure
Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures
Actively engage in safety programs
Responsibility for food safety and GMP’s
Assist other team members as needed
Perform other duties as assigned or needed
Qualifications:
At least one year experience in warehouse or distribution center; experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
Eligible to work in the United States
Successful completion of pre‑employment background and drug screen
Commitment to an accident‑free and drug‑free workplace
Quality‑conscious, oriented to excellence
Strong work ethic evidenced by enthusiasm, positive attitude, and high energy level
Well‑developed problem‑solving skills; creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker
Record of dependability & reliability
Willingness to work overtime as needed
