Responsibilities

Assist customers with questions and recommendations. Manage sales transactions while working an assigned cash register. Maintain security of cash and protect company assets. Keep the store well‑stocked, recover merchandise. Receive merchandise, help with unloading trucks, and replenish stock in accordance with productivity standards. Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders. Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred. Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required. Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required. Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
