Material Handler Forklift Operator 1st & 2nd Shift – Stylex
We are recruiting a Material Handler Forklift Operator to join our team! Your position will focus on safe and efficient movement of products and materials.
Responsibilities
Top priority is keeping production teams supplied with materials throughout the day
Transport and organize materials as directed
Familiar with cycle counting and production kitting
Make sure all incoming or returning materials are identified, organized and stored in proper location
Additional responsibilities may include operation of corrugated cardboard compactor, loading of scrap onto trucks and general housekeeping (using broom and sweeper)
Must be able to pass forklift certification training and obey safety rules at all times
Must be able to operate all warehouse equipment – forklift, reach truck & other equipment as required.
Must be familiar with bar coding & hand‑held scanners
Must be able to lift 50 lb boxes
Must be hard‑working and efficient
Other duties as requested
Overtime may be frequently required.
Prepare products and materials for shipment
Load, unload, and stage products and materials
Track and record units of materials handled
Adhere to safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
Experience in general labor, warehouse, or other related fields
Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong work ethic
Must have a valid driver's license
