are searching for a talented Purchasing Clerk to join their team!
Ideal candidate will have previous buyer and receiving experience including supplies, storeroom clerk experience, and food and beverage experience. Previous Hilton experience and having strong computer skills and Smart Spend experience is preferred.
Shift Pattern:
Candidate will work Monday‑Friday shifts from between 5:00am to 5:00pm. Candidate will work Weekends and Holidays as needed.
Pay Rate:
$17.55 per hour

What will I be doing?
Accept all purchased products into the hotel, verifying accuracy of delivery to purchase orders.
Maintain storeroom in accordance with standards and rotate stock accordingly.
Issue and deliver items to departments in accordance with requisition policies and procedures.
Conduct inventories.
Enter all non‑edible merchandise into the computer, record received status and other required information so all merchandise is accounted for.
Prepare all outgoing records.
Notify the person responsible for ordering merchandise when shipment arrives or if it fails to arrive so that discrepancies can be resolved.
Sign, date and timestamp all invoices on the receiving sheet, ensuring times are correctly identified.
Assist in daily operation of the food storeroom, correctly store and rotate all stock, including transportation of heavy goods.
Fill requisitions to authorize outlets so stock will be complete at each outlet and advise supervisor of items that are low or out of stock so they can be reordered.
Check each item on the invoice against applicable hotel documents, weigh, count, verify prices and specifications to verify accuracy of delivery, and manage guest packages.
Additional supportive functions may be required as determined by the supervisor:
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned.
Perform other duties as requested such as cleaning up spills or special customer requests.
