We are seeking a hands‑on, results‑driven Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations at our Wilkesboro, NC facility. The role oversees production, quality, safety, scheduling, and continuous improvement across the plant. About The Team

The Operations team drives efficiency and excellence across all aspects of our business, optimizing performance and delivering high‑quality results. What You’ll Do At Justrite

Lead daily production operations: fabrication, assembly, quality control, scheduling, and logistics. Drive process improvements to increase productivity, efficiency, and cost performance. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and FM Global standards. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project management to meet production timelines and budget goals. Oversee inventory, material flow, and supply chain coordination. Track and report KPIs related to safety, quality, labor efficiency, and output. Prepare and deliver presentations on monthly and year‑to‑date performance. Mentor supervisors and department leads, promoting accountability and continuous improvement. Support staffing, training, and workforce development initiatives. Your Skills And Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in operations or plant management, preferably in metal fabrication or modular construction. Proven leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary production teams. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and FM Global safety and compliance standards. Ability to create and deliver monthly and year‑to‑date performance presentations. Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

Experience in custom‑engineered or engineered‑to‑order (ETO) manufacturing environments. Background in industrial or hazardous materials storage building fabrication. Hands‑on familiarity with welding, coatings, and industrial assembly operations. Experience with end‑user engagement requiring customer follow‑up to ensure project sustainability and future repeat business. Compensation

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, with additional eligibility for an annual incentive plan. Benefits
