Scheduler Role at DEPCOM Power
Overview DEPCOM Power is seeking a Scheduler to generate and maintain schedules for a portfolio of Solar projects. The position is preferably located in Scottsdale, AZ, but remote work is possible based on the candidate's experience.
Responsibilities
Partner with business development and execution teams on the coordination and scheduling of Utility Scale PV Solar, Battery Storage, and Repowering projects.
Utilize scheduling software to track future projects, personnel, equipment, and overall company demand.
Support multiple project teams and their scheduling requirements through the project lifecycles—from start‑up and development to construction and close‑out.
Work with the project execution team to optimize the project execution plan and minimize risk.
Collaborate with the business development team and external customers to provide schedules that meet the goals of both parties and act as an internal subject‑matter expert in schedule‑related contract negotiations.
Work in partnership with subcontractors and align construction schedules between parties to support project objectives.
Perform contractor schedule and recovery plan reviews.
Support project progress reporting.
Qualifications
Experience in Utility Scale Solar or Energy Storage industries.
Experience supporting project teams.
Understanding of scheduling best practices.
Hands‑on experience with scheduling software – Primavera P6.
Scheduling experience in a construction industry.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
Working knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools.
Compensation Salary range: $93,000 – $140,000 per year, with variable pay issued as a monetary bonus or in other forms.
