Floating Assistant Branch Team Lead I

Responsibilities
Creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships.
Assists with supervision of front-line staff and branch operations.
Processes basic and advanced member transactions, account maintenance and problem resolution.
Assists multiple branches on an as‑needed basis.
Promotes and upholds the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
Supports staff with service and staffing levels, ensuring adequate coverage.
Maintains strong knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently share features and benefits.
Supports frontline team members with advanced transactions.
Performs branch audits and troubleshoots member concerns effectively.
Processes member transactions accurately and efficiently.
Opens new accounts while building member relationships through education and product recommendations.
Positively represents Fox in the community.
Qualifications
One to three years of similar or related experience.
Previous supervisory experience is a plus but may not be required.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to resolve conflict and problem solve effectively.
Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
Branch hours: Mon.‑Fri. 8am‑5:30pm, Sat. 9am‑12pm.
