Operate and set up production machines and equipment for the assigned line/unit. Offline feeder setup, teardown, and component recognition. Operate SMT machines, AOI, AXI, ICT, FCT, burn-in, hi-pot, and related testing equipment as required. Perform PCBA rework, trace, BGA pad rework, and general handload/assembly tasks. Handle wave soldering machine operation, washer operation, depanelization, press fit, routing, and related processes. Execute instructions from supervision; monitor efficiency and quality of routine tasks. Read and follow work instructions and visual aids; inspect task results against standards. Identify, communicate, and escalate production issues and problems as needed. Key Tools and Technology
Semi-automatic and automatic assembly equipment and tools (SMT, AOI, AXI, press fit, washing machine, tester, MPM/dek printer, reflow oven, stencil, feeder support pins, and other equipment) ESD equipment Production documents: work instructions, product specifications, BOM, and other documents MS Office (Word, Excel) ADP Workforce Now (Employee Self-Service Portal) Required Education and Experience
High school diploma is desired Minimum 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing production environment Work Context and Conditions
Indoors, environmentally controlled and secured Highly structured work environment Daily use of telephone, email, and face-to-face communication with Production team Importance of accuracy in following work instructions and production tasks Moderate time pressure to operate production equipment and enter data daily Team work; completer-finisher role High security and safety standards Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds Standing an eight-hour shift with mandatory breaks Seniority level
