Maintains consistent attendance and addresses work-related problems with appropriate individuals. Communicates with careful listening, sensitivity to others’ thoughts and feelings, thoughtful responses, and timely and accurate reporting. Maintains confidentiality of resident and staff information. Presents with neat, clean appearance. Participates in facility in‑services and helps new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications
Prior direct care experience preferred. High school diploma or GED. Current CPR certification preferred. Meets age requirements per facility policy and state regulations.
