What You’ll Do
Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical equipment issues
Performing preventive maintenance and conducting regular inspections for safety and reliability
Supporting facility upkeep including plumbing, painting, drywall repair, cleaning, and general maintenance
Collaborating with the maintenance team to address recurring issues and improve system performance
Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and Tosca’s internal safety standards
Demonstrating strong understanding of and consistent adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
What We Are Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of maintenance experience in mechanical and electrical systems
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Strong knowledge of OSHA and production safety practices, including LOTO
Electrical experience with schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial controls
Experience with boilers or MIG/TIG welding is a plus
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Work Schedule
1st Shift: 5:30 AM–2:00 PM
2nd Shift: 1:30 PM–10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 9:30 PM–6:00 AM
