Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end‑to‑end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities receive, store, process and dispatch cargo, building flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions prepare us for supply chain risks, enabling better distribution to meet lead times and goals despite unexpected conditions.
Responsibilities
Directly in charge of scheduling drivers to make deliveries and pick up packages from customers and vendors.
Act as a liaison between customers, drivers, and management.
Schedule drivers for freight delivery or collection of shipments and packages.
Communicate with customers and vendors about freight details, pickup and drop‑off times, and special requests.
Plan predetermined routes for drivers.
Identify traffic problems, issues, and develop corrective action plans to achieve on‑time results.
Prepare general dispatch documents for management and pull any documents required by employees, customers, or vendors.
Maintain records of all dispatch calls, driver routes, route changes, and delivery and pick‑up times.
Monitor truck repairs and maintenance schedules.
Log vendor complaints or concerns.
Answer phone calls from vendors, customers, and management and provide assistance as needed.
Perform other duties as requested.
Shift Information
Shift: Monday–Saturday with Sunday and Tuesday off.
Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or varying shifts.
Requires flexibility.
Skills & Competencies
Strong time‑management aptitude.
Excellent understanding of local and state traffic laws and regulations.
Ability to make quick changes in routing.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Deep understanding of computer software and technologies.
Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Pay Range $23.50 per hour. The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
