Job Description Responsibilities:
Support business strategy, operations, retail creativity, and people management.
Analyze sales data and provide best‑in‑class customer service to drive sales results.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, and enhance process efficiency.
Lead floor presentation, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
Drive recruitment, training, engagement, and development of store staff.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
Develop communication strategies and protect store assets.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
Strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
Team‑building, self‑starter, and adaptable / flexible mindset.
Multi‑tasking ability and knowledge of fashion trends.
