Role Overview We are seeking a

Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

who will own the storytelling, positioning, and GTM engine for Conversive’s next-generation product suite. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and GTM—ideal for someone who thrives on shaping category narratives, bringing new products to market, and deeply understanding customer insights.

As our PMM, you will own:

Positioning & messaging for the Conversive platform

AI product storytelling

Multi-channel engagement solutions (SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, Email, Webchat)

CRM-native applications (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)

Industry solution narratives

GTM programs, launches, and adoption

Your work will directly influence pipeline, revenue, customer adoption, and brand perception.

Key Responsibilities Develop and articulate a clear, differentiated narrative for Conversive’s AI engagement platform.

Build compelling messaging for multi-channel workflows, AI-guided journeys, CRM-native apps, and compliance capabilities.

Create persona-based and industry-specific value propositions for healthcare, finance, education, automotive services, and more.

Lead GTM planning for new features, integrations, AI capabilities, and platform releases.

Build launch assets: landing pages, solution briefs, messaging docs, product videos, blogs, and pitch decks.

Partner with Product, Growth, and Sales to ensure successful adoption and revenue impact.

Solution playbooks

Conduct training sessions for Sales, CSMs, and partners to ensure consistent, confident storytelling.

Conduct market/competitor analysis across conversational AI, CPaaS, CRM, and GTM automation.

Interview customers and users to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and decision triggers.

Convert insights into product recommendations and marketing strategy.

5. Content & Demand Collaboration Own content for the product funnel: case studies, whitepapers, webinars, blog articles, ROI calculators, and industry one-pagers.

Partner with demand gen to build campaigns aligned to personas, industries, and product priorities.

Develop thought leadership around AI-guided engagement and service-led GTM.

6. Data-Driven Product Adoption Track product usage, feature adoption, and customer behavior to identify gaps and opportunities.

Create onboarding toolkits, best practices guides, and in-product messaging to drive activation.

Influence roadmap through quantitative and qualitative insights.

Requirements Must-Have Skills & Experience 4–8 years in Product Marketing for a SaaS company (preferably AI, Martech, CRM, CX, or CPaaS).

Strong storytelling and positioning skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Experience launching and scaling B2B SaaS products.

Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success.

Strong analytical instincts; ability to back messaging with data, insights, and customer research.

Experience in sales enablement and creation of GTM materials.

Excellent writing skills—crisp, structured, and narrative-driven.

Preferred Experience Experience with CRM ecosystems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, MS Dynamics).

Knowledge of AI-driven engagement, messaging channels, or customer workflow automation.

Background in service-led industries or high-intent inbound enquiry markets.

Familiarity with compliance-heavy environments (healthcare, finance, insurance, etc.).
