Candidates with experience in management and sales in the building products industry to join our team.
Job Description - Essential Duties & Responsibilities Branch Manager Candidates for this position will have strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Take full ownership of the branch's profit and loss performance.
Lead and coordinate all branch operations, including sales, yard/warehouse activities, and administrative functions.
Supervise and develop team members to achieve individual and branch goals.
Identify and act on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure the branch delivers high-quality service and support.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of management experience with direct financial responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop employee potential.
Solid understanding of financial reporting and income statements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
