Primary responsibilities include:

Preparation of geotechnical reports with analysis and recommendations, meeting project deadlines.

Managing construction materials testing (CMT) projects, daily report review, issue resolution, and training of field staff.

Preparing geotechnical and CMT proposals, managing project budgets, and preparing change orders and invoices.

Hosting or attending project meetings with clients to follow up on delivered reports and provide technical solutions as necessary.

Other duties may include: preparing drilling packages and obtaining utility clearances; performing research on local geologic history; supervising field work performed by drilling/test pit crews and assisting with rig access issues; classifying soil and assigning laboratory testing; mentoring and supporting Staff Project Managers, Assistant Staff Project Managers, and technicians.

Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar is required.

Minimum 2 years of related experience.

Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) preferred.

Professional license required in each state of operation; if not yet obtained, "Manager" will be used in title.

Valid driver's license required for driving on behalf of any ECS subsidiary.

The expected pay range for this role and location is $75,000 - $95,000/year. The final agreed‑upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
