Job Description As an
ETL Test Lead , you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also design an optimal test environment to simulate real‑time scenarios. You will collaborate with top talent to create innovative, high‑quality, defect‑free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 8 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience in agile project model.
Preferred Experience
4+ years of experience in test strategy and test design.
4+ years of ETL, big data and BI reports testing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL query writing and analysis.
Experience with Databricks and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
4+ years of experience in Python, including Python automation frameworks development and maintenance.
Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in performance, stress and endurance testing, identifying and tuning bottlenecks.
4+ years of experience in test execution, analysis and reporting.
Strong expertise in SQL and understanding of transformations converting them to queries for data validation.
Design and develop simple scripts using specialized testing tools.
Create test cases for complex modules based on defined strategy.
Execute test cases focusing on key modules, applying knowledge of functional and non‑functional testing processes.
Create test analysis reports and implement defect prevention activities.
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodology.
Ability to work in a team in diverse, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Strong coordination, communication, reporting, analytical skills.
