Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking a Marketing Webinar & Communications Coordinator to support the firm’s marketing and business development efforts, with a focus on virtual events and communications. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with digital events and mass email communications, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time hybrid role and can be based in San Diego, CA or Los Angeles, CA.

Job Duties
Planning and coordinating virtual events (webinars, town halls), including scheduling, speaker coordination, registration, and promotions.
Managing technical logistics for webinars, including platform setup, Q&A moderation, troubleshooting, and attendee engagement.
Moderating and supporting live events, including speaker introductions, chat management, and post-event follow-up.
Maintaining and updating marketing materials, including event archives, attorney bios, and department resources.
Assisting in managing the firm’s CRM database, ensuring accurate contact and event records.
Supporting marketing campaigns, including email communications, social media content, and promotional materials.
Conducting research and data collection to support business development initiatives.
Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with email marketing platforms and webinar tools is preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for events.
