Your role

Drive our vision: You’ll own the global GTM and Product Marketing strategy – from market insight, positioning and messaging through to launch and scale‑up – working in close partnership with Product Management and key commercial stakeholders.

Turn strategy into action: You’ll translate the product roadmap into clear launch and rollout plans with defined audiences, channels, messaging and success metrics.

Lead and empower: You’ll bring Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Rollout together under one shared vision and develop your team to deliver on it, through strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Understand our market: You’ll build buyer and influencer personas and deepen our understanding of customer needs, trends, procurement behaviour and competitive dynamics, feeding insights into the product and go‑to‑market planning.

Shape our narrative: You’ll own value propositions, messaging architecture, use cases and the content strategy that supports them – from web and lead‑gen to thought leadership and sales enablement.

Launch with excellence: You’ll coordinate launch kits and work with local marketing and go‑to‑market partners to ensure consistent, scalable execution with room for smart local adaptation.

Drive measurable impact: You’ll define KPIs and OKRs, demonstrate ROI across go‑to‑market activities and manage budget and resources in line with strategic priorities.

Your qualifications

Proven expertise: You have significant experience in product marketing and go‑to‑market roles in B2B and/or B2G environments – ideally in software, SaaS or platform businesses (procurement a plus) – with a track record of taking products or platforms to market across countries or segments and delivering measurable commercial impact.

GTM excellence: You understand the end‑to‑end product marketing and go‑to‑market process, and can translate technical concepts into clear, commercial, customer‑focused stories and key messages.

Leadership: You have experience leading and developing teams and are a credible, visible leader who communicates openly, builds trust and sets clear direction.

Collaborate with impact: You work naturally across functions and countries, engage confidently with senior leadership, as well as executive and board level, and move work forward with an assertive, solutions‑oriented approach building strong partnerships with Product and local teams.

Analytical thinking: You bring strong analytical and research skills, are comfortable with KPIs, funnel metrics and financial assumptions, and focus on outcomes while making balanced trade‑off decisions.

Mindset: You have a growth mindset, are passionate about understanding customers and markets.

Structure: You manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in parallel, stay structured under pressure and keep teams aligned on priorities.
