We built the Royal Australian Navy’s Collins Class submarines, sustain them, and are now delivering their Life of Type Extension to increase the boats’ service lives. About the Opportunity Step into the role of Organisational Development Specialist Facilitator and bring learning to life! Based in Henderson, WA, you’ll facilitate dynamic programs and workshops that boost leadership, strengthen teams, and build organisational capability. From induction and leadership development to team effectiveness workshops and beyond, you’ll use diagnostic tools and coaching to help people grow and thrive at ASC.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and evaluate programs including induction, leadership, and team development.
Design and deliver team-building workshops and group processes.
Use diagnostic assessments to provide insights and feedback to leaders and teams.
Partner with stakeholders to scope learning objectives and outcomes.
Provide coaching and support for professional development.
Maintain facilitation guides and continuously improve methodologies.
Track program effectiveness and contribute to culture change initiatives.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organisational Development, Business, or related field, or extensive facilitation experience.
Seasoned facilitator with a repertoire of engaging program delivery methods, adept at delivering content to a range of audiences and levels.
Strong knowledge of organisational and leadership development principles and practices.
Proven experience delivering training programs in face-to-face, hybrid, and online formats.
Excellent communication & presentation skills with training techniques.
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
Skilled in using data to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Coaching accreditation (desirable)
Accredited in personality and/or team effectiveness assessments (e.g. Facet5, 6 Team Conditions, TMP) (Desirable)

Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
